I started yoga 10 years ago because I wanted to get out of the house and have some fun. I have been doing yoga for a long time and love it because it helps me to relax and also gives me good exercise.

The benefits of yoga are it helps you to relax, get better sleep at night and makes your body flexible.  Yoga helps me to breathe more easily and helps me to focus properly in my everyday life.

I love yoga because it is good for me. I like singing Bhajans too.
